Getting Back Out There

With all the talk of new beginnings in the new year, it's important to keep up the basics of your media job search. And, if you haven't been out there meeting people and making professional connections, now is a good time to try to network.

Although things may be a little slow still -- the holiday lull will probably drag into this week -- they are far from dead as most people are getting back to business as usual after the holidays. This means people are going to events and things are happening, and there are opportunities to find media parties.
